Reading text-based instruction is more efficient than watching video instruction (except for content that is difficult to describe in text)

If you want to build muscle quickly, don't bother with bodyweight, resistance bands, dumbbells, or weighted vests. You should buy a power rack with a barbell, and ensure you add weight every training session, even if it's just 1 kg.
