Requires Cheat Engine version 7.5 or above, otherwise it will freeze.
First open the game,then click circle 1 to open the downloaded cheat table~ Directly double-click the downloaded .CT file and Cheat Engine will pop up; then click circle 2 to select the game process.
In New Game+ you can use the full-collection save to start with the complete set of gear right away, which is very fun.
Be careful not to select the “stronger enemies” option—you'll find that even with the best gun it takes quite a while to kill an enemy, which is very unrealistic.

This game's save has bugs; besides the precautions mentioned in the link above, also note:
Set Steam to offline mode, otherwise it may cause save errors
From the moment Artyom enters the sewers at the start, press N (if you haven't changed key bindings) to turn on the night vision; if it won't turn on, the save wasn't fully carried over and you need to try again
Don't die during the prologue section, otherwise it may cause save errors and prevent weapons from carrying over.
