Authors like J.K. Rowling were rejected many times before finally succeeding. Rejection is normal; persistence is what leads to success.
If you’re training and neither muscle size nor weight changes, then you shouldn’t keep using that method. The human body is a black box — we can only explore its mechanisms through experiments, not by directly reading its “code.” I recommend using methods discovered through prior experimental work. I do periodized training: 2–3 weeks focused on strength, 2–3 weeks focused on capacity/endurance, and the results are much better than my previous aimless training.
