Douban negative reviews

When a product has many customers, there will always be negative reviews. Some negative reviews are reasonable and provide the reasons for the low rating, allowing you to view the issue from the opposing perspective; but some negative reviews do not give specific reasons at all, just say something like this book is awful, and that's it, or the criticism lacks logical reasoning

This is a sentence I saw in the comments section of "Winning by Pricing":

Taleb's several books all score just over 8 on Douban; some criticize them as too verbose, which may be true, but they are still very much worth reading — these books taught me about randomness, risk, fragility, and asymmetry
