Overused topic: People always make excuses for themselves
"The school library only allows the air conditioning to be turned on when it's over 30 degrees, it's so hot I don't even want to go"
Directly tell the library manager; if the staff says higher-ups set the rule, ask who the leader is and say you want to talk to them. Complain to your counselor more about this rule.
"The school's teaching quality is terrible and is dragging down my studies"
In fact, you can fully write code in class, whether it's a professional course oreasy course, (Update: I found that teachers of easy courses especially like to manage discipline; they're really a bunch of *******, **** in society) teachers won't care, and the counselor won't care either.
"But nobody in our class brings a laptop to class"
I was the first in my class to bring a laptop to class; after I started, others now bring laptops to class too. So far I haven't been punished.
"The school supplies hot water uniformly, so you can't take cold showers" There is usually a faucet in the bathroom; buy a hose and you can take cold showers.
"The library has too few outlets, so my laptop can't stay powered long, that's why I rarely go to the library" Just buy a power strip.
