Draft - 'Self-improvement' requires a good environment

Going to bed early, getting up early, mindful meditation, resuming exercise — these are all things I only started doing after I moved closer to the company. Before, I had to commute two hours and twenty minutes each way, and by the time I got home at night there was hardly any time left.

Life has become much easier after moving to the new home. Every night before bed I read for dozens of minutes on topics that interest me — that's when life starts to feel like life. This is how a person should live.
